Raisa was raised by her parents in Los Angeles by both of her parents. Irlanda Almendarez (her sister) and Italia Almendarez (her brother) are both her sisters. The first name of Francia is Italian which means France. The same way, Irlanda is Ireland in Italian as well. Italia is the Italian term for Italy.
