Donald Joseph Qualls, better known as DJ Qualls is an American model and actor. Since gaining fame with his part on Road Trip, he's appeared in over 20 movies. This includes The New Guy Hustle & Flow, The Core and The New Guy Hustle & Flow. In addition, he's appeared in over 22 shows, such as Breaking Bad Supernatural and Scrubs. As a survivor of Hodgkin's Lymphoma and diagnosed with at age 14 Qualls is an avid fighter. Two years later, the cancer is now in the process of remission. The earlier treatment had a severe impact on his health as well as stunted development. Security in the financial realm was his primary aim once he started because he had experienced poverty throughout his entire childhood. I've lived so frugally and for so long, I'm able the financial stability or else the world seems out of control for me when he spoke to an interviewer. He reflects on his youth and feels a desire to take action against the bullying. He says "Cruelty breaks the heart of my soul." The perfect job for DJs is one of a real-life father. The director admits that they aren't able to put his character in these role. He would like to become a dad one day, to be able to devote more time to his son and less to his career.
